My stay in Firenze was fantastic and a great unique experience at this hotel. The refined design of the rooms was very elegant and comfortable as a whole. The location was perfect, just a short walk from all the main attractions and amazing restaurants. However, the dining experience was quaint but just right. The service looked after us so well, especially Veronica, providing us with helpful tips on Florence. The hotel truly went above and beyond in offering coffee, drinks, and food. The facilities were excellent, and the 15th-century palazzo ambiance added to the charm of the stay.

The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful in all ways, even recommending good restaurants in the area. The service was more than amazing, and the location was perfect for exploring all the main attractions on foot.
